This Privacy Policy explains how Ready to Deal ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile application. We keep data collection to what is needed to run accounts, leaderboards and purchases. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Use.

1. About this app

Ready to Deal is an educational training app for aspiring and working casino dealers and croupiers. It is not a gambling application: it does not include real-money gambling, deposits, withdrawals, prizes or winnings, and no real money can be won or lost. All chips, balances and outcomes inside the app are simulated for educational purposes only.

2. Data we collect and process

Depending on how you use the app, we collect and process the following categories of data.

Account & profile data

When you create an account, we process:

  • Your nickname / username;
  • A normalized version of your username (used to check availability and prevent duplicates);
  • Your Firebase user ID (a unique account identifier);
  • A technical authentication email derived from your username, used only internally for Firebase Authentication — it is not a mailbox and is not used to contact you;
  • Your password, handled by Firebase Authentication;
  • An avatar / profile image, if you choose to add one.

Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored by Ready to Deal in Firestore.

Leaderboard data

When you take part in leaderboards, we process the following for each entry:

  • Player name / nickname;
  • Avatar URL, if available;
  • Mode / game identifier;
  • Score;
  • Number of correct answers;
  • Number of errors;
  • Completion time;
  • Creation timestamp;
  • A user / device / account identifier linked to your Firebase UID.

Purchase & subscription data

If you buy Pro access or a subscription, we process:

  • Your Pro entitlement status;
  • Your purchase / subscription status;
  • The product identifier;
  • Store platform information from the Apple App Store or Google Play;
  • A RevenueCat customer / app user ID.

We do not receive or store your full card or payment details. Payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies.

Support & contact data

If you contact us for support, we process your email address and the content of your message, solely to respond to and manage your request.

Technical & security data

Authentication and security data is processed by Firebase and our app infrastructure as needed for authentication, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, diagnostics and service reliability.

Information stored on your device

To remember how you like to use the app, Ready to Deal may also store the following locally on your device: app preferences and settings, your selected language and theme, your training progress, which tutorials you have viewed or completed, and your practice scores. You can clear this by deleting the app or clearing its data in your device settings.

3. How we use your data

We use the data described above to:

  • Create and manage user accounts;
  • Keep your nickname and avatar after reinstalling the app or clearing its data;
  • Provide leaderboards;
  • Prevent duplicate usernames;
  • Restore and manage your Pro access;
  • Provide support;
  • Protect the app from abuse and fraud;
  • Comply with legal and app-store obligations.

4. Third-party services & processors

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the app. These providers process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:

  • Firebase Authentication (Google) — used for account creation and login, including password handling;
  • Cloud Firestore (Google) — used to store profile and leaderboard data;
  • Firebase Cloud Functions (Google) — used for secure server-side operations such as account and username management;
  • RevenueCat — used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions and to keep your Pro entitlement status up to date. See revenuecat.com/privacy;
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit — processes purchases made on Apple devices;
  • Google Play Billing — processes purchases made on Android devices;
  • Our website hosting provider — serves this public website (it does not process your in-app account data).

Firebase and related Google services are governed by Firebase's privacy documentation and the Google Privacy Policy. In line with RevenueCat's guidance, we disclose that purchase and subscription entitlement information is processed to deliver and restore the content and features you have paid for.

5. How your data is shared

Ready to Deal does not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the app — for authentication, purchases, leaderboards, support, security — and where required for legal compliance. We do not share your data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app:

Profile → Account → Delete account

Deleting your account removes:

  • Your Ready to Deal account data;
  • Your nickname / username;
  • Your avatar / profile data;
  • Your username claim (freed for others to use);
  • Leaderboard entries linked to that account.

Deleting your account does not cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions separately through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

7. Data retention

  • Account and profile data is kept while your account exists;
  • Leaderboard data is kept while your account exists, or until you delete your account;
  • Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage support and legal issues;
  • Some service providers may retain limited logs for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, legal compliance or backup purposes.

8. Children

Ready to Deal is intended for dealer and croupier training and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@croupieracademyapp.com. You can also delete your account directly in the app, as described in Account deletion.

10. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the app, including the security features provided by Firebase and our service providers. Please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated within the app. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
